According to the Google Partner, they will compare the page content with their knowledgebase with the knowledgebase being the standard for what is true or not. I don't know if AI is really good enough to make that type of qualitative judgment. At this point, I just consider it rumor; however, given Google's ability to do all that they have done so far, I can see it happening down the road a bit.
