Does anyone know if there is a good software out there for making apps for phones.
I have had an inquiry from someone about this and I am curious if I could do it.

I am looking for "Coffeecup" type stuff. Unfortunatley I don't know of any myself.

Thanks for the replies. Eric when you say rsd and html editor can be used would this create an app that could reside on a cell phone?

My app requires internet access to use. That being said it also works on all devices so you only have to code once. Mine is php and mysql based and is very specific to my job.
