Actually a dozen, I had two with bacon for breakfast. That is eggs I could get my teeth into. That is two thirds of an English Breakfast if I remember rightly. Then comes the mixed grill. Ahh! food. Lead me to the trough. Yes Eric I have a glass of red in the hand as I type this one handed.

These days, it's acceptable to pair red wine with anything

I'm sure, during the past week that many of us lost track of time... day or night...who cares...must find egg..... At some point you realize the coffee isn't helping and it's time to move on to other refreshments :P

Pigs. I never heard of Kangaroo bacon, Venison bacon. Those last too sold as game meats. Kangaroo nearly zero cholesterol. acquired taste, I think they are starting to export it. They are pests in some areas of the Wheat & Grain plains, Huge food areas for them, 1,000's of Sq km's. We do not have the population density so any fertile land is turned over to Grain and livestock production. That keeps Australia up there with the big boys 5 richest and 15 th in population. There are 22 million of us.

My father in-law use to give me lamb hide quarters and I would make Lamb Hams. I've also made Hams from venison. I bet Kangaroo would be a good candidate if it was younger. I wish you didn't live so far away.:)

Crocodile you can get in speciality shops. I think the Aboriginals are allowed to catch and eat Emus and Cassowaries. The later can be very dangerous, has large sharp claws to defend themselves which they do first not run. Both those birds are similar to Ostrich's but I haven't tried it or its eggs. I saw a documentary on a breeding program so who knows if I see it in the shops I will try it. We have a few Bison in zoo's and more Camels in the outback than in the middle east.

Actually Kangaroo meat is very good for you, rich in iron and low saturated fats. Actually great on the B.B. Que. I will sink my teeth in any tasty morsel
