Please grab a free trial of Responsive Site Designer and have a go at it. All the CSS is built into it for you, it's easy to add custom code snippets, scripts, etc., and of course – all you need to make the site responsive.
You might just find it a lot of fun to work with.

Inger, yes mam! I understand habits can be hard to break and with RSD I'm sure coding has made a break through in the world of web design. Lately I have been trying to figure my own life out, for a while there I was on so many med's that I couldn't really focus on web design. Some doctors I go to don't want to hear it and just write sedative pills so all I do is sleep all day. Where I live there isn't a wide variety of therapists. But I'm going to try and jump on this train again!
