I have two domains registered through coffee cup. I do not seem to be able to figure out how to check on the status of the domains on my coffee cup account. The seven years that I was on another provider and had the domains registered there, I could at any time go to my account and find the renewal date listed and all of the other pertinent information on a domain name. Plus I could all on my own with my card renew any of my domains when ever i wanted to. How does one do that here?

Renewing is handled through support and we contact you personally on your renewal date to see if you want to renew. You can also renew the domain early by opening a support ticket. We have no automated system in place at this time for renewals.
