I have used a cc on 2 laptops(webcam also) and not too much of a problem.

Hm... Interesting I have 3 HP 17" but I have only tried CC on one & I even decided to Reformat the drive to see if it would fix the issue even though CC admitted to knowing of problems when using a built in camera on a laptop.

Like I said I am disappointed but have gotten some good use out of a few of the programs.

Bill, you should see a little "Edit Post" link above your post. I went ahead and updated "bought" for you. ;)

Dave, you're entitled to free lifetime upgrades for any of the programs included in the pack at the time you purchased it.

OK You got me.

Used to be at the bottom. I looked there and also to the right and didn't find it either place. It's so light I never noticed it at the top and would probably still not know if you hadn't pointed it out.

Good to know though that I'm only unobservant and not losing my mind. When I scrolled past my post and it was spelled correctly I was a bit confused since I was I positive it was wrong last night.

II could see my way to paying an annual fee, for future new programs at a discounted rate, comparable to the original big cup discount, for all new programs

I have to admit, when I got the super duper humongous pack, there were a few apps I had issues with (some fixed, some still do). However, considering the whole 20-some apps was the same price as 6 or 7 individually, I could still get more than my money's worth making use of only a fraction of the pack. There's always hope the issues faced will be fixed in the future.

Adam well said: Point is I am very disappointed but not mad for the same reason you said I am really getting some good use out of the few programs that I am using so far now without issues & I was lucky & didn't permanately convert allot of pictures before figuring out the problem with pixconverter which IMO is a Major issue since it could potentially destroy a persons memories.

But with all that said I have been a business owner for many years & I would never ever sell a product even in a package deal without disclosing known defects or at minimum making it up to clients that purchased them from me in good faith. But my way of doing business is very different than most I believe if it is even partially my fault I should do what ever it takes to make the client happy even if it cost me more than they spent.

I also actually like it when there is a problem with a product or service because I always say "Until there is a problem you never know how good a company really is"

Coffee Cup has been good with answering tech questions just no resolutions or even a time frame as to if it will possibly be fixed. I did purchase the WebMaster Pack because of the potential value of all the software & the lifetime upgrades even though I really was only looking at one product in the first place.

Again the software that works is Awesome with little or no bugs & also a very good value. Oh Coffee Cup designs very easy to use software that even my blond wife could use.:lol::lol: The simplicity of Coffee Cup Software still impresses me.

One more thing I might have waited on purchasing if I had known the new cart was coming out very soon after I purchased but there is always a new update of software on the horizon & I am little gun shy now on purchasing more.

I do look forward to trying more of what I already purchased though as the need arises

Well, as long as they keep pumping out new stuff, we'll always be kicking ourselves for not waiting a little longer to buy the pack. ;) Maybe they could have a smaller bundle, like a 3-of-your-choice with a bit of a discount. http://www.coffeecuphelp.com/adam/images/emoticons/thinking.gif My shameless plug: Lakeshore Insurance Services - http://lakeshoreis.com/

I bought the Big Cup a few years back. I had no idea, but should have guessed that some of the software would become outdated. Chalk it up to being a newbie back then, I at least always thought I would be able to recover all of what I bought at anytime. I now find that some of what I bought is no longer available for me to recover. Why is that? Is it not usable? I understand end date support issues, but if it's still functionable I'd like to recover it. Possible?

By the way, I downloaded and tried/learned how to build a site. Ended up buying in order to finish building, and posted to the web. All with no clue how it was done when I started. I will say, Coffeecup makes it easy for a beginner to learn, and I will continue to return as long as they keep in mind not everyone knows what they are doing and they keep making it user friendly. keep up the good work!

Hi Ed,

Any software that has been discontinued will no longer appear for redownload within your account. This is due to the fact that we do not support any discontinued programs. These programs are still function, they were just retired over time.

However, we will be happy to send you a direct link for any of these applications upon request for you to redownload.

I think Coffee Cup SHOULD charge for the upgrades. The software is worth every penny... Chad Spillars
