HI Justin,

I do understand your concern and we will be more than happy to upgrade your package with the latest software at a discounted price. Many times, software will be discontinued and is replaced with new programs.

We don't do this out of spite and we still are extremely thankful for your patronage, but it would just not be possible to always provide the latest applications for a previous purchase bundle.

Please contact our sales team at 866.734.4865 or 361.887.7778 and we will be happy to help upgrade you to a current bundle :) Suzanne Miller

I bought the Webmaster Super Pack years ago, basically getting every application they had available at the time. I'm curious though, what made you think that you would get all future programs created for free. The site does indeed state free "upgrades" for life, but I figured it was rather obvious that upgrades are for what has been purchased, not including whatever will appear in the future. Of course, if that were the case, Coffeecup would never have any future sales as everyone would be entitled to anything ever made. I'm actually impressed by how they still constantly work to improve programs that are years old, but giving away brand new software would be crazy. Of course, if the newer software had just been release right after ordering the whole pack, it'd be understandable if we felt like a bit ripped, having just missed the boat. But I do believe I've read in older posts that a deal can be worked out if the purchase was within 30 days. Don't quote me on that though as I don't work for Coffeecup, but Suzanne might be able to clarify or correct me. My shameless plug: Lakeshore Insurance Services - http://lakeshoreis.com/

Yes, we will be more than happy to offer a deal on any new software programs that you wish to add to your package! Even if you purchase a package and a new program is released soon after, depending on the time frame, we are pretty flexible and will be happy to either add it to your account or offer a great discount towards the program. I have the same question. I purchased the Big Cup bundle a few years ago, under the same assumption that I was buying a package of all your software to support you as a small company. Maybe someone can clarify what I actually purchased by buying that? I like some of the new software programs, and I only downloaded a few of the older ones. Am I entitled to anything? I know the word lifetime was in my purchase... Please email me with this information, thanks.

I read the offer before I bought the Super Pack which was all the programs they had at the time with the understanding that I will get free upgrades OF THOSE PROGRAMS.

Any new software they come out with, Shopping Cart as an example, I fully expect to purchase. This holds true even if they at some point make the Shopping Cart part of the Super Pack.

Shopping Cart, or any other yet to be written programs, were not part of the package when I bought it so why should I expect to get it free now?

Bill, you should see a little "Edit Post" link above your post. I went ahead and updated "bought" for you. ;)

Dave, you're entitled to free lifetime upgrades for any of the programs included in the pack at the time you purchased it. My shameless plug: Lakeshore Insurance Services - http://lakeshoreis.com/

I understand that future programs wouldn't necessarily be included but I am disappointed after buying the WebMaster pack & finding out that Coffee Cup knew of some fairly significant bugs that would make it useless for laptops with built in cameras. I also find it even more disturbing that they knew that the pixconverter actually does irreversible damage to the original images while converting even though it shouldn't.

Would I have bought the Web Master Pack Knowing what I know now? Maybe but only if they assured me they would actually be fixing all the video software so it actually works with a common LapTop in a reasonable time. Since after buying this software & finding out it had issues I had to buy alternative software also.

How ever I am using & liking a few of the programs allot especially the FormBuilder & the RSS feed generator. They have made our new site a better site for sure. I look forward to the future upgrades.
