Yesterday, I posted a question about some buttons. After just a short time, Adam posted back with helpful information. Eric followed up with another helpful suggestion.

This morning, as I was thinking about this, I was once again amazed here and had to post about it. I don't know of any other software company that helps its users down to the level that CC does. Your guys customer service and support is amazing. You have also created a forums environment that encourages users to help one another, and it happens. (I see other companies who add forums to their sites, and people post questions, but never get any answers.)

So kudos to you CC! My hat's off to you.

I know right! Unreal to imagine now days. I cannot think of another forum that is this helpful nor another software company that is so in tune with its clients than Coffeecup. I join you Brian, hats off to CC!

I enjoy this forum more then any other I post in. Great people, great company and great code.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I agree with all of you here , it's happened few time as I am not native english spoken person, after I posting my question at support room immediately I go back to edit/correct my wording by the time update the post I see the reply from support guys ( Adam, Scott and Suzanne )

That Amazed me and I wonder it's robot or human at other end.
