How about a program to allow your website visitors to make a comment about your site, obviously it would need to be easily editable by the webmaster in case of crude or objectionable postings.
It seems to me that feedback is always good and comments get more comments therefore you know more.

I agree, a guestbook or discussion application would be really useful.

I may be wrong (wouldn't be first time), but couldn't one do that with form maker? Saving it to a file, then using the select comments "pasted" in as quotes on your page? This space left blank intentionally...

I would like to see this type of software too. I understand about the form builder, saving it to a file and then posting the comments but that seems like a lot of work when other websites have a comments box that displays immediately.

We sincerely hope that this may be on the horizon soon!

I was just checking software to see if CC had guestbooks. Would love to have Guestbooks added as software here. Live life to the fullest, and don't take life for granted, you never know when ones time is up on this world!

I have spent quite a lot of time trying to get form builder to do a feedback form

With no knowledge of html or how to set up databases it has defeated me

If what is being suggested here could allow feedback on sales, in addition to just comments about the site, it would benifit everyone

Magento (which i hate) too complicated, has a star rating so customers can leave comments on my products, service, delivery time etc. etc. a bit like Ebay.

However just a simple form to fill in once clients received their order, acknowledging receipt, and tick a few boxes would suffice, maybe an optional text field would be great

I have found over the years, some customers just don't have time to fill in anything, no communication means they are happy with their order ?

And on the other hand i get plenty who now phone me to show their gratitude as i have no feedback page, great for my moral, but other customers cannot see my head swelling

So i have a link at present to my ebay feedback, which is now a lttle out of date, as i hardly ever list anything.

I agree this would be a nice feature, what you could do in the meantime is place your email address in various places with a comment next to it to email you for feedback until you have something else in place.

As for your form problem, what problems are you actually having (you may have already posted for help for it and I have read so many that I don't recall who had what so forgive my old brain lol) Jo Ann
