Visual PHP website designer

You should make a Visual PHP website designer that enables people to create a PHP website using visual tools so they don't need to learn the PHP programming language.
The software should include drag and drop PHP login/logout systems, PHP file upload systems, CMS. etc. Basically include everything a person needs to build php forums, php blogs, php social networking and video sharing sites, php wiki, php chatroom, php IM etc etc.
The entire program should be Visual with drag and drop and users can manually edit the PHP code if they want. It should also support the latest version of Mysql, CSS1,CCS2 etc, html, xhtml, javascript and have visual tools for these. There should be pre-made php templates too and users can Visually change the colors and positioning too, and the templates should be w3c compliant. It should work with PHP5 and the upcoming PHP6.
Now I know PHP is a server-side scripting language, which is why you can just tell users to download free software like Apache2Triad and/or Xampp, which install a web server and php and mysql onto a windows xp/windows vista computer. Then just configure your Visual PHP website designer to work with these free web servers, so users can view their PHP website on their computer. Then have a built-in ftp upload/download feature so users can upload their php website to their real internet web server.

Can you pass my message onto the appropriate persons?

Thanks

I like... but CC could add the additional free software required during the install.

yes that would be great!

I prefer CC programs to many, but when it comes to Poll, calendar with php with database...
I have to rely on other programs..

I know CC can come up with somethin php that sets up database and all needed for webpage applications. Poll,Calendar, guestbook, mailionglist, css reader, and database creation as per customer needs

I program in php and use CC. I keep a browser open and just hit refresh after making and saving a change in CC. Works fine, but, of course, no syntax highlighting or help. It definitely would be nice to have more php support, though.

Yeah! That's a good Idea.

I think that also could include some HTML and DHTML tools included like DHTL Menu Builder, FTP as some examples

I use several of CC's software and agree, a PHP program similar to VSD would be another great tool.

This one has my vote. I have changed the extension to .php from .html several times in the past. I also think a export for a joomla, wordpress, or drupal template would send the sales of VSD through the roof.

Absolutely, this should be the highest priority. I was just looking through the software offerings, searching for an easy way to add a bulletin board. I am surprised it wasn't aleady developed.

I currently use HTML Editor for basic web sites and I use Joomla for sites where I need to store a lot of documents, contacts, photos, and have a login and a forum. But being a relative novice with Joomla, and not an expert with PHP (and I am sure there will be many other Joomla users like me), I find it daunting to think of designing my own templates. I rely on being able to buy Joomla ready-made templates or downloading free ones, which I adapt. Any software which could make it simple to design Joomla-type templates would, I am sure, generate a lot of interest amongst the Joomla, Mambo, etc., communities.
