Would it be useful, is it possible to have a live chat thread in forum ?
Theres been a few occasions recently, especially with s drive questions if one of the ambassadors or senior advisor's had live chat with new user, could have made life easier, less frustrating if they had a live chat option
I know it would be impossible to monitor, but sitting waiting for someone to spare some time in-between doing their normal work etc must be frustrating, as we are all here volunteering our time, at tea breaks after work, before bed etc.
Just an idea is it possible ?

Viv - Don't know if it's possible, and I do like the suggestion. BUT, I do see one issue with it. It could prove difficult (at best) to save a conversation, which could help others who search before they post that the sky is falling...
