Stylesheet Maker - Edit?

From the screen shots of the Stylesheet Maker I thought I was going to get a simple piece of software that would enable me to create and edit CSS.

The functionality looks good at creating tags, but does not seem to be any functionality to edit properties of existing tags. Am I missing something or is it just quite a basic piece of software?

Is anything in the pipeline to edit CSS?
