THe advise you gave earlier is working out nicely....probably will be able to upload pages for viewing sometime tonight ( not all content written, but pages/graphics mostly done)...I just have hopefully a quick easy question.
If I use more than 3 lines of text under the nav bar, I get scroll bars next to the nav. I don't necessarily MIND that really, but I was wondering if they can be a different color than GREY!!! I know I can make the regular right side scrollbars colored for IE ( not FireFox though, isn't that true?) but I woould love to make the left side scrollbar next to the nav ANY other color (well, not puce....something coordinationg/contrasting, whatever)...CAN it be done?! If not, its okay, but....TIA, trying not to whine.

I am afraid your stuck with it. There is no way in CSS to do that.

Here's something funny...
I tried out the colored IE scrollbars last night ( page still not up yet, though)....guess what....The left hand scrollbar was the same as the right!!! Ya know, the nav looks like a "frames" page if I put more than a couple of lines of text under the last nav bar item...so I decided NOT to do that! Even with the scroller that magically appeared being the same color as the right side srollbars, it looked terrible, so I only put a short footer there or an email link so the scrollbar won't happen!

I finally got the pages MOSTLY up ( hd computer problems yesterday)...I still have PLENTY tweaking and typo searching ( ;0)) to do and content to add, but I wanted to thanks you for your help. Next I tackle the pages of graphics and photo albums!!
