Dear Sirs,
I have shopping cart creator basic .
I have a couple of questions .
How it is possible to change the menu titles ?
For instance to change "View Cart " in " Vedi carrello" ?
I will use the shop online in Italy and many people doesn't speak English so they will not understand what is in the site menu.
Or even to cancel this sentence in the check out page "We will now transfer you to the secure payment gateway where you can enter your credit card data" which is not correct in my opinion .
If you use a paypal account you don't necessarly need to enter credit card data, that's the Paypal feature .
In Italy many people does not feel so confident using credit card in internet .

I have downloaded the trial version of Shopping cart designer Pro , but I don't find any possibility to change the menu titles or any other text .
Moreover I'm not able to import a theme created with the Shopping cart designer pro because when I do the import action it gives me an error and the file extension doesn't match with the files I can import ( .sct or .scp) .
Is that because it is a trial version ?

Using the Fresco theme it is possible to change the central image ( the one with the pencils ) only buying the designer software ?
If I buy one theme from your theme store where you say "fully customizable theme" it means that I can modify it through the source code in php ( for instance changing an image ) or I must use the designer software in any case ?

Awaiting for your kind reply.
Regards.

Hi, unless something has developed in that direction lately, I don't think you will be able to change the language in the Shopping cart. I'm not using it myself (also because of the language), so I can't tell you anything about the Paypal interface. I'm sure someone else will soon have the right answers for you.
Ha en riktig god dag!

Some of the text and language you can find in the various files and change. Some you cannot. I can remember just a few days ago someone asked about that and Scott's answer was that the text trying to be changed was hard coded in the program. Sorry. :P

The template is FRESCO and I would like to change the words in the menu like i.e. "Shop Home" - " Categories" " View Cart " or even " There are no items in your cart" - " Print this page " and then when a transaction is required there is some sentence concerning the credita card data .

First. Bring your cart up in SCCP. Click on 'Pages' on the top menu. Over on the right under Basic Info you will see the name of your pages. These can be changed to anything you want. Ta-da! :D

The other stuff you want to change may or may not be doable. Depends whether or not the text can be found in a file or if it is hard coded in. Have to check on that. Best thing to do is open a support topic with Coffeecup and they can tell you for sure.
