Generating Unique Emails With Invoice...

Hello - I am trying to figure out how to accomplish the following. I have designed a website for a non-profit organization and they want to be able to start collecting money for three different items (donations, weekend fees, candidate fees). I know I can link to a service like PayPal that will send out an email to both the organization and to the person 'donating' but their email message is very generic (i.e. you made a payment of $10.00). The organization would like to get a unique email message for each of the three items (e.g. you donated $10, you paid your weekend fee of $10, you paid the candidate fee of $10). This would help the organization with identifying where the money was to go.
So - I am hoping someone may have an idea how I can generate three different email messages (sent to both the organization and the person) depending on what the person is selecting. I was thinking a combination of form builder and shopping cart but I have played around with both with no success.
Any suggestions?

You conditionals for your form setup. The only thing that will show is what gets submitted so if a person selects your $10 dollar option then that would be the only thing submitted. You'll probably want to use radio buttons but it's not required.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
