Hi everyone - Hopethis finds you all well and in good spirits?
Irecently created a shop using Shopping Cart Creator Pro. I uploaded it to my public_html folder and put it all in a directory called /shop/ (not hosted with CC)
If my site domain is called www.madewithgrace.com.au, am I correct in saying that my shop's url is www.madewithgrace.com.au/shop/ ?
If so, what is the file I link to that - I have tried index.php and that doesn't work.
Currently in my public_html directory I have an index.html file that opens with no problem when I type the url www.madewithgrace.com.au - that is a page I created in VSD vers7 and it works fine - but when I try to link to my shop and add the /shop/index.php - I only get error page
I'm fairly sure this is something simple, maybe to do with where I uploaded my shop to - at least I hope it is, but i'm getting frustrated as every thing I try has no result. Any suggestions?

Hi Tony,

I would check to make sure your host has php enabled for your account. Without it enabled your shop will not work.

And by the way, LOVE the idea behind your web site! As an over the road truck driver I do see a lot of pallet wood thrown out. Very well done and I wish you best of success!

Not my idea Gunsmoke - it is actually one of my old students from high school. She is in her thirties now and her young daughter has inspired her to build some kind of life for the two of them and her business is absolutely booming. She is very talented.

Thanks Steve
My host ensures me it is on and available. He is looking into it and I'm just waiting to hear back from him. I suspect it is my uploading that has caused the problem.

I would try re-uploading again and make sure all antivirus is shut off.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Thanks everyone - I had the permissions set incorrectly, all sorted now.
