I've read through the forums and haven't quite found the answer to a couple of issues!www.cakepopmyheart.com
is the shop.
1. I have check Visa and MC as accepted cards in the settings.
2. I have set up Paypal Standard with the Token ID with my clients Paypal info.
3. I have made three test purchases of different products and my Paypal account is charged and I receive an email telling me that payment is made to my clients Paypal account.
4. However, my client doesn't get an email of the transaction and I've gone into her PP account and no purchases/payments are shown.
5. Ironically, in early January, she made a test purchase and received an email with the transaction details, etc., but since then has received nothing.
Suggestions? I've tried calling PP, but they have "inclement weather" (according to the recording) and are only open M-F.
