I try to goto that url and i get a error saying that shop was not found. Are you sure that your remote folder shop was created? Just heading home so I will have a look when i get back.

Hi Scott & Steve

@Scott
I will do, thanks -would disabling it temporarily produce the same results as uninstalling?

@Steve
Please see attached (username and password removed)

Thanks both
Terri

In my experience, no but I am not familiar with Avast. The inventory URL will not matter here. I would check to see what folder you are uploading to and make sure that is not empty and that it is the correct path.

Agh dammit.
I thought it would create the directory. I logged in via FTP, created the Shop subfolder and it all seems to be uploading now! D'oh.
Thanks for your help.
Problem is, it's now coming up to 11.30pm here in London and I have an early start...but I want to see my website all pretty! Ha.
Thanks again for your help, chaps.

Hi Terri, something I noticed on your shop page only the statement collection seems to link to a category. At least thats how it is from my mobile :)

She must be working on it. I do not see the shop at all.

Hey all
Thanks for the messages.
James, thanks for your concern. However, I abandoned the upload last night in favour of some beauty sleep. You might be looking at the main website. If so, I've disabled the shop aspect on there (shop maintenance in Serif Web Plus is a complete pain in the rear. The shop links will soon redirect to the Coffeecup site).
Thanks again everyone.

I have this problem. Its so frustrating, I adjusted my theme, and now my shop won't upload. An Error while uploading...
I tried to go back to my original theme, and not better. My websites down, and that causes me grief with the boss, as its hard to sell without it. So frustrating. I did not change any virus software, just the sc theme. At first, it was doing it only at work, so when I took it home, its seemed fine. Now its happening from home to.
