On the visual display side, a zoom out button to show the entire page would be good.
Am presuming the two boxes for shipping method and shipping destinations that show on the display are a future feature of the SCC program?
Multi tasking is a way of life for me, contrary to whatever my girlfriend may say. :-)
I don't know if this is allowed on the paid version and not the trial, but I find a problem with being FORCED to advertise for you guys and not be able to remove that link. I like coffeecup software but I do not necessarily want all my web design clients to know everything about where I buy solutions and so on.
Can this be edited out in the non-trial version of either basic or pro?

Remember, Shopping Cart Designer is used for making a custom theme. You are not making any content changes. To remove the link in the footer, that is done in Shopping Cart Creator by going to the
Your Shop Settings > Footer

Will, I am not sure I understand what you mean by a "zoom" feature. Can you explain a bit more?

Scott,
I don't see any code to edit in the footer box?
Baz.

Actually, I just created and exported a quick "test" design. Opened it in SCC and looked at the footer where it show's "Copyright 2009 New Shop" and YES the "Copyright CoffeeCup" message was on the page when I was in SCD editing the page.
So it looks like you will be in the clear without needing to jump through hoops to protect your little secret.
Living the dream, stocking the cream
understood but even if you make a change in the footer in creator, it leaves me with the following ALSO: (also note the typo)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
This theme has benn made with a trial version of Shopping Cart Designer Software by CoffeeCup Software
Copyright © 2009 my shop
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
my question is will that go away if i am not using a trial version?

Baz.
The footer content is edited in Shopping Cart Creator, not Designer. You can however customize the footer properties in Designer.

i will attach a screenshot of what i'm seeing. I just want to be sure that I can remove the references to the software (if I choose). some of my clients are picky about stuff like that.
