I've been a user of CC stuff for a few years. Was happy to see the email to help support breast cancer research..etc.
Bought my copy of SCD Pro today and have been playing with the Nav bar (left) on the basic theme.
Trying to use the same background that I have on my standard site pages (under construction) It appears that the left col width is fixed?
Is there a way to widen the Nav area so that my entire column background will show?
I'd like the left column width to be approx 235 pixels.
Any suggestions?

I've been playing around with this also.
You should be able to the go the "Navigation Bar Properties", Then the "Advanced" tab and you will see the "Navigation Bar Width" at the bottom. It is in percentage not pixels, but hopefully will work for your situation.

Thanks for the response.
Mine shows as pixels, not percentage. I have increased that number and the box expands but the background image is still partially blocked by other elements. I have tried to move the page properties margins etc. and this does nothing.
I've attached a file for example only that is the same width that I would like to use. Again...I can insert the file, but the entire background will not show http://www.beachbumhq.com

Sorry, I think I may be looking at a different area than you. I also just noticed that there is a new version available from the original that I have installed. I'll get the the one and try to take a look at it again later this evening. (Unless someone beets me to it.)

The "Advanced" Tab, is this in Pro version? I have Basic, which this forum is for, and cannot find the Advanced tab. I would like to make the header taller to accomodate my logo, so it looks like the rest of my website and also my navigation bar needs to be taller. Any suggestions?

You will need designer pro to do that. In designer pro they have an additional tab for all of your margins and padding.
