I have a logo 957 x 150 pixels.
Everytime I try to save in SCD I get the resize failed.
Here's what it says:
4:03:30 PM: GIF: error in GIF image format.
4:03:30 PM: Image 'files\shoplogo\Shop-Logo.gif' cannot be loaded from 'C:\Program Files\CoffeeCup Software\Shopping Cart Designer Pro\library\basetemplates\Secret_Sail.sct'.
4:03:30 PM: Shop logo image 'files\shoplogo\Shop-Logo.gif' cannot be loaded from template 'C:\Program Files\CoffeeCup Software\Shopping Cart Designer Pro\library\basetemplates\Secret_Sail.sct'.
4:03:30 PM: LoadShopLogoImageRealSize() failed.
What am I doing wrong?

The header image you are adding, where is that physically on your computer? When you say save, do you mean export or save as they are two different functions.

Header logo is on another drive.
I did save as a Theme first and when I made more changes I did a save. Should I have saved as a Theme again?
I thought save would save my Theme automaticlly as a Theme since I'm working on the Theme.

Anytime you make a single change, you need to resave it. Then you go into Shopping Cart Creator and you need to then resave your shop so the new content is displayed.

Talking of Logo's. I'm using shopping cart creator with one of the templates included and don't want to use a logo at all.
Can I remove the default Logo ?

What I did was create an image the same size as the logo and the same colour as the background and replaced the logo with that. So I was using an image but it blended into the background.

On the Background tab of Header Properties, clear the text in the Shop Logo box. Alternatively, you could create a transparent 1x1 logo.

i've had trouble using .gifs as logos in header. converted the image to a jpg in image editor and it works fine now.

yep .gifs are not compatible with the header area, needs to be either a .jpg or if you need transparency then it needs to be a .png.

GIF images are definitely supported, just not animated ones. You can also use jpg, png, tiff and bmp if you wanted to.
