Network Solutions is the Registrar. You can modify basic WHIOS information through your account settings. DNS management is currently not yet available, but we are working on adding that to S-Drive as well. For now, if you have any DNS changes that need to be made, just open a support ticket and we will take care of it for ya.
Also, when you purchase a new domain name, we automatically point it to your S-Drive account for you.

Right now when domains are purchased they are automatically configured to be used with S-Drive. We will be adding more tools for you to control the DNS settings directly through the S-Drive Dashboard. ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~

Hi,
my companies domain .com and .de (Germany) are hosted by a German provider (1&1).
I would like to move both domains to CoffeCup (but with the same name).
Is that possible ?
How can I "transfer" the domain names to here ?

I dont think CC are quite ready yet for transferring IN domains unless they are parked on an Sdrive website. (and only 1 domain per website)
Its in pipeline, but no doubt Scott will drop in and say SOON
If you want another alternative I can recommend domainmonster.com as a free registrar with a nice easy control panel, for changing cname records when you want to host in CC Started using CC VSD in January 2009, I don't do HTML code, sales close to £100,000 from my SCCP & SCDP shop to date, Enjoying semi-retirement
