Profiles and lists

I have recently had to rebuild my computer and re-install software and supporting files.

I have found my .red files and they load successfully into V2. However, it appears that the profiles and lists that I set up on the previous incarnation of my computer are not contained within the .red file. I have access to all my previous hard disks but as they contain hundreds of thousands of files, I feel that searching without any real idea of what I'm looking for is a daunting task. I have looked in a few places I thought might bear fruit but without success.

Can you please help?

Thanks in advance

The file you need to backup/restore is this one Peter:

C:\Users[username]AppData\Roaming\SharedSettings.ccs

Thanks for the prompt reply.

However, having copied the file to C:\Users\Peter\AppData\Roaming\SharedSettings.ccs my problem remains unresolved. The only profile is John, user@domain.com, www.domain.com, Unknown
The only item in Lists is "Default List" with 1 subscriber and the comment "This is an example list."

I must have the wrong file?

I apologize. I forgot that is in another location that cannot be accessed easily in version 1.3. The files you need are the lists.data and profiles.data. This "may" work if you copy those files to the same location on the new system.

In our next update to version 2.0 (very soon) you will have the ability to import/export lists. That will then allow you to back that data up and restore it.
