Hi,
These are the basic instructions to get you started. There are many options
available within the CoffeeCupPhotoGallery software and I encourage you to explore
the possibilities.

Step 1. Open CoffeeCupPhotoGallery(CCPG) software.

Step 2. Choose a theme from the Theme Browser window in CCPG (such as Art
Book)

Step 3. Click Open

Step 4. When the Add Photos window opens choose the size you would like them to appear and click 'Add Photos' or if you prefer and have your pictures organized in a folder click 'Add Folder'. Browse your computer for the folder or choose a single
picture (*tip: by holding the shift/ctrl key you can select multiple pictures at once).
Then click 'Open'.

Step 5. In the Manage Photos and Albums window type a caption for each photo you have included. You can change the Album settings and Advanced settings here as well. Also you can change the order the pictures appear by using the move left;
move right buttons. When you are done adding photos and adjusting settings click
'Im Done'. (*Tip: Use the Preview button to see how your photo gallery will appear).

Step 6. In the main CCPG window you can adjust the item settings and the gallery
settings to suit you. You can also change the theme and preview your work here as
well by choosing the appropriate buttons across the top.

Step 7. Click 'Save' and save your project on your computer.

Step 8. The Files to Upload window will appear. Click the 'Upload Now' button and
configure your server's ftp information. Choose 'Connect', navigate your server to
where you would like the Photo Gallery project to reside and choose 'Upload Files
Here'. (*Tip: If you want your project to appear on more then one page click the
'Copy To Clip Board' button and paste the code in any HTML page using the CoffeeCupHTMLEditor software).

Step 9. Your done! From here you can modify your project and repeat steps 7 and 8.

You can also open the HTML page in the CoffeeCupHTMLEditor software and edit the rest of the page there.

:)

You have a problem where you copied only part of the code for the player. The code on your site is:
<div class="Object469"><table border=0 cellspacing=0 cellpadding=0><tr><td valign="top" align="left"><div class="text-align:left;margin-left:0px;text-indent:0px;"><span class="textstyle9">&#60;object classid=&#34;clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000&#34;<br>
codebase=&#34;http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#versi<br>

on=8,0,0,0&#34;<br>
width=&#34;504&#34; height=&#34;82&#34; id=&#34;CC7026263&#34; align=&#34;middle&#34;&#62;<br>
&#60;param name=&#34;movie&#34; value=&#34;MediaPlayer.swf&#34;/&#62;<br>

&#60;param name=&#34;quality&#34; value=&#34;high&#34; /&#62;<br>
&#60;param name=&#34;scale&#34; value=&#34;noscale&#34; /&#62;<br>
&#60;param name=&#34;salign&#34; value=&#34;lt&#34; /&#62;<br>

&#60;param name=&#34;bgcolor&#34; value=&#34;#ffffff&#34; /&#62;<br>
&#60;embed src=&#34;MediaPlayer.swf&#34; quality=&#34;high&#34; bgcolor=&#34;#ffffff&#34; width=&#34;504&#34; height=&#34;82&#34;<br>

name=&#34;CoffeeCup&#34; scale=&#34;noscale&#34; salign=&#34;lt&#34; align=&#34;middle&#34; <br>
type=&#34;application/x-shockwave-flash&#34;<br>

pluginspage=&#34;http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer&#34; /&#62;&#60;/object&#62;<br>
</span></div></td></tr></table></div>
</div>

Just a quick look shows that following the code of <span class="textstyle9"> (I put it in bold) you are missing the beginning of the next code.

Did you insert that using the HTML tool? If so, delete that and try using the flash tool and select the correct xml file. VSD will do the rest and upload the correct files. Bill R.

I have the visual site designer , it is great but, after 3 weeks, decided I wanted the gallery too and downloaded the gallery today but since I have the gallery (which I CAN open) I can't open my visual site designer, a problem comes up and it closes straight away. I have had to deinstall the gallery now to get at my website to wotk on it, What have I done wrong any ideas? Will I be able to download the software again as I had to deisnstall it?

Hi Kathryn,
If you uninstall the photo Gallery does VSD open?
sorry I misread it, you can. ok
are you using vista or windows xp?

make sure you have nothing major running in the background like a firewall or anti-virus disable them and see if that helps.

Also you can download as often as you like by going to your account above right side "It's A Smart Person That Asks"
