It appears that the new Adobe Flash Plug-in for Firefox and IE breaks Photo Gallery. With Firefox the page loads and the gallery doesn't appear. With IE, the browser tab crashes. With Google Chrome the page doesn't load, and you get a message that Shockwave Flash Plug-in has crashed.

I have tested the web pages with different computers with Adobe Flash Plug-in release 10.22 - everything works. I have opened a support ticket.

Anyone seeing this? The update by Adobe was released today - so the volume of users probably isn't high - yet. http://www.rumbolo.com

Hi Vorton,
I just updated for IE and FF and all is fine. Gallery worked great as before.
could there be another reason. Maybe you can try to uninstall flash and reinstall the update to see if that helps. ( fresh) "It's A Smart Person That Asks"

We might have to get more specific in our testing. I also just updated IE & FF's Flash Player plugin and my old gallery still loads fine.

Both are now version: 10.0.32.18

Ha, I didn't mean toward you, specifically, Bruzer, just in general. :P Since all 3 of us have the latest version of the plugin and it's working for some and not others, I figure we gotta find what differs between our computers. http://www.flashstrap.com

I just checked my Firefox and it gives me Flash 10.0 r22. My photo Gallery still works.

Do I need to update and get another data point?

My IE8 is 10.0.22.87, and it works. I will see about updating IE8 and see what happens. Bill R.

I just finished installing 10.0.32.18 on IE8, and my photo gallery works.

Try un-installing and getting it again. It may be that you had a faulty download or something. Bill R.

Hi Scott,
you know what's really weird is I can't view any photo gallery or my tutorials page but I can view the videos with this update, and for me, the uninstall crap didn't work but still trying lol. I guess Adobe thought I was to bored. "It's A Smart Person That Asks"

I followed your advice, Scott, after having had the same experience with IE as TheVorlon.

After deleting the flash player and reinstalling it, all five of my browsers (IE, FF, Safari, Chrome and Opera, all latest versions) are either crashing or at least don't open a page with a photo gallery created with the CC Photo Gallery. I have some videos created with CC Web video player, and a Firestarter flash, no problems with those.

I'm running Vista home premium. Ha en riktig god dag!
