Recently Adobe released an auto-update to its Flash Player version 10,0,32,18. This update caused a conflict with CoffeeCup Photo Gallery, causing the browser to crash when a gallery was loaded.

We provided an update to our software to correct this problem, but accidentally neglected to also update all of our themes that we sell on our Website causing this error to be displayed when the software loaded:

Access violation at address 100D0DCC in module 'Flash10c.ocx'.
Read of address 0000009C

If you are receiving this error with the latest version of CoffeeCup Photo Gallery, follow these steps to correct the problem.

1. Make sure you have v5.93 installed.

2. Close Photo Gallery.

3. Delete all files and folders located in C:\Program Files\CoffeeCup Software\CoffeeCup Photo Gallery\Themes\My Themes

4. Go to http://www.coffeecup.com/help/myorders/themes/ and re-download each of your Photo Gallery Themes.

I want to thank all of your for your patience while we tracked down this problem.

NOTE: Sorry for the hiccup last night with the themes. All themes are now updated. To prevent any confusion, I cleared out the posts in this thread.

Hi Scott,

This has been happening here for days now, so I updated my gallery software to V5.93, but the crashing continues. I don't uase any themes, just build the gallery from scratch.

In IE V6 I'm fine, but firefox V3.5.2 crashes the second i go to the gallery page.

This is the gallery in question:

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Hi Scott,

Ok, It's fixed. I apologise for the false alarm.

A second flushing of the cache and deleting of everything on the server solved it.

Sorry to have wasted your forum space!

OK. I should have tried this first but..... I deleted the files as recommended and reinstalled 5.94 and there is no error when Photo Gallery is launched.
