I have emaile twice through the customer care center and received no response. I have purchased Password Wizzard, but the instructions are over simplified, either that or the program does not work.

Perhaps someone here can explain the process for adding a new user, once the inital files are loaded on the site.

You have to open the Password Wizard add the user and than upload the new swf file to your site. Alfred

I have enclosed a jpg to customer support that has not been responded to. It show's quite clearly that this program does not opperate as one would expect...in fact it does not opperate at all. I have paid $47 Aud for this, and I am under no obligation to have money sitting in your account for products that do not work. I have requested that it be exchanged for something that does....or at least my emails attended to through customer support so the issue can be resolved.

If I do not hear from anyone on this matter I have no choice than to report you to the Federal Bureau of Investigation under the Fradulent Cyber Transaction policy.

This would be close to one of the worst experiences I've had with software companies on the web...and I deal with them everyday....you are a disgrace to the web.

I found Password wizzard works like a charm, I'd wager you haven't even read the help files included with the program. On a side note, if your feathers are in a fluff about $47.00 I'd hate to see how excited you'd get with some of the software vendors I've spent thousands of dollars on and still have to clean up bugs and find work arounds with zero technical support. I have only had two minor issues and both times found the staff here to be very prompt, extremly courteous, and have taken my issues seriously working diligently to resolve them. I am very impressed with these guys. I think CoffeeCup is a great deal and think you probably need to ask your 12 year old neighbor to check your email (not the mailbox) again. Who is John Gault?

Yeah...well like they say...a fool and his money is soon parted...and when I buy something...I expect to get what I've paid for...and if it doesn't work...I expect a refund or an exchange of goods which is what were working to resolove...so perhaps you should keep your nose in your own business.
