Hi folks,

Recently registered a couple of new subscribers but they're not able to gain access to our website [they're getting .... 401 Authorization Required Invalid login credentials!]

When I tried clicking on their access codes in Coffee Cup Website Access MGR I keep getting the error message; "Error, Account ID Bad," and unable to change, delete and or resubscribe!

Can anyone help me?

Thank you

Patrick

If you could send us your .hdb file, we'll be able to take a closer look at the issue at hand. You will have to turn on hidden files and folders in order to access this file. Here's how:

Windows XP
Open your My Computer folder. Select Tools > Folder Options > View tab. Scroll down and select Show Hidden Files and Folders. It's also a good idea to uncheck Hide Extensions for Known File Types.

Windows 7/Vista
Open your My Computer folder. Select Organize > Folder and Search Options > View tab. Scroll down and select Show Hidden Files and Folders. It's also a good idea to uncheck Hide Extensions for Known File Types.

Once you have turned on hidden files, you'll find the .hdb file at the following file path:

Vista:
C:\Users[username]\AppData\Roaming\CoffeeCup Software\CoffeeCup
Website Access Manager\Databases

XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\[User-Account]\Application Data\CoffeeCup
Software\CoffeeCup Website Access Manager\Databases\

Just open a support ticket and send us this file and we will look into what is going on.

Dear Scott,

Thank you for the assistance ... very much appreciated; I am not terribly tech orientated but I'm trying what you've suggested although the file icon is not illuminated like the others icon in the file.

I hope I've been able to attach the file correctly...

Patrick

PS Scott....

I keep getting this message when trying to post the file:

Sorry, we couldn't add your post for the following reasons:

•Your attachment must be less than 100k.
•Your attachment must be one of: .TXT, .SNP, .ZIP, .GIF, .JPG, or .PNG format.

HI Patrick,
I am wondering if you clicked on the "Get Support" tab on top this page, then on "My Support, where you should be able to send support the file mentioned above. Or is this where you are getting the error? "It's A Smart Person That Asks"
