Whenever I try to use Coffe Cup Software that involves a .swf file or use the RSS feed software, it either never loads and I have waited overnight to see if it would load and it wouldn't. The RSS feeds just say Ooops couldn't load the data. It would be real nice if I could have buttons on my site that would show up and actually work.
I own all of your Coffee Cup Software. And you also are my site provider and Host.

Hope I am not stating the obvious, but of course you must remember to upload the appropriate .swf files to your server as well.

Hi,
I am having the same problem with rss feeds. Yes all 4 files have been uploaded to proper folder/directory.I copied the code into my web page. The Flash Firestarter files work.
Aslo the RSS feeds work on the web page when viewed from my pc < not the web server >, after uploading to web server, feeds fail. My site is hosted with godaddy if this will help any.

Hey Jerry & Keith. Would either of you dare to post the link to the non-working feeds? I'm sure we could help more if we had more to work with. If it works locally but not on the server, my first thought is a path is lost/incorrect when moved over (like .html isn't loading correct .xml or .swf path). Second thought is the server has some file access/permission issue. It probably isn't the case, but it's hard to guess without anything to see/test from our end.

got it on istock with swf and fla? files.
the swf worked in Godaddy wysiwyg enditor ( they have an ez button for this)
but it does not work for me in coffee cup. i added the file but I do now know what script to enter into the html body section. i tried the pdf help file but it circles back with no answer.
can someone please give me direction on this?

I'm confident it uploaded as i have had this problem with mp3 file and it is uploaded to server. mp 3 has the right code.
