No matter how I set the width and height of the scroller, some of the text I have typed in does not show on the scroller.

Is this a bug in this program or are you limited to how much text you can enter? If so, I cannot find anything in the help screens that indicates this.

I would think that the primary purpose of being able to set the width and height would be to allow as much text to be placed as would fit the configuration.

I really would appreciate some help on this!

Thanks! Don Whitfield

Also sometime back, I asked why the scroller can't be paused by a "mouse over" like all of the other RSS feeds I have seen in various RSS feed players. I realize that the time each text feed plays can be adjusted, but unless you are a speed reader, many viewers don't have time to read what is there.

I have added this to my question above since they tie in together.

Fixing the issue above and adding this feature would make this product much more desirable to use.

I posted these two simple questions in the forum some time ago and still have not received an answer.

Is there not someone who monitors this forum available to post an answer to my questions? Waiting weeks for an answer for support is certainly not acceptable from anyones point of view. Don Whitfield

Hiya Whit,

Usually if you don't get an answer it's because of a couple things. First one would be, I never saw your post so the forum must have hiccupped that day and it didn't show up to me as a new post. I only look via the link to Show New Posts on the right side menu (bottom if your resolution is too large) and sometimes the forums mark something as read that I haven't read yet, glitchy every once in a while.

Second would be that no one has an answer. A good rule of thumb is that if you don't have an answer in a day or 2, bump the thread, if you still don't get an answer then put in a support Ticket with CC as that's where they do their customer support. Although they do answer threads in the forums here at times, their main support is done through their ticket system. You can do this by going to the top menu and mousing over the Support button and choosing Your Support Room and put a post in there.

Good luck on your issue, unfortunately I am unable to help as I don't use the program ... yet ... lol. Jo Ann
