Is there anyway to take the spaces out of the RSS output. There is a empty line placed between each sentence. So if I hit a carriage return in my news line for the RSS feed....then an entire empty line is placed in the output instead of simply going to the next line.
I want this....

This is a Test.
This is a Test.

And NOT this.....

Any ideas would be helpful!
Thanks!

I find if you let the text go the length of the rss wondow works best.

example:
http://www.kellyinfo.com "It's A Smart Person That Asks"

Yes. I am aware of that......however for the project I am currently working on, line returns are needed.

Any help would be great!

Hi,
you can try this, as you know when making an RSS flash the program makes an html, swf, xml, txt, php files. try adding (   ) between the text as you need them only in the text file. resave and preview. see what you think, if you like it then upload that txt file "It's A Smart Person That Asks"

Yes I am aware that you can do that. However.....I am setting this program up for one of my clients so they can update their news on their own. Having them edit a text file is a recipe for disaster. They would likely break something. I'll see if I can hack the code or something and fix it.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
