New features found in v3.5:

• PayPal Website Payments Standard: It's kind of a mouthful, but what
  this does is allow your users to pay without having to sign up for a
  PayPal account.
  
• The new tax module lets you set location-accurate taxes like the
  VAT, GST, and PST.
  
• We added more options for customizing your shop appearance and navigation.
  
• Expanded shipping options.
  
• Custom footers let you add information about your business. You can also use this area for Web Analytics.
  
• Add up to 5 custom pages for more information about your shop, a
  contact page, and anything else you want.
  
• The improved user interface is easier to use than ever.
  
• Support for transparent .pngs and .gifs.
  
• We added undo/redo options.
  
• Ability to move a product to a new category.
  
• New themes format makes for easy installation and customization with
  Shopping Cart Designer.
  
• Customizable Meta Keywords and Descriptions for all of your pages (including home, cart and categories).

I have Coffee cart 3.1 with The Twilight theme pack. I cannot see any theme pack updates or "other products". (maybe I've missed them)

Am I to assume the pack will not work if I .exe 3.5 which I've just downloaded?

Having bought twilight theme pack at the same time as Coffee cart, it is not listed.
My point being that I see no "other products" even if I "crtl F" and search, therefore I must assume the Theme has no update and is currently defunct for coffee cart 3.5 (I use the Feur de lis in my shop).

I note the program shop now lists the version 3.5 and still offers the themes as add ons for it. Am I missing something here?

One suggestion for this and all other new versions or software updates, is to include a short list (on the orders and download page) of the program changes, enhancement, bug fixes, etc. The user can then decide if the update is something they really need right away. I know when major revisions are done there is a listing of the new features, etc, but it is not always done with the minor revisions or updates. Many times I get the new versions and find it difficult or impossible to determine what has changed, so I assume (rightly or not) it must have been something involving a feature or other area that I am not currently using.

I've been looking at the shopping cart creator but I don't feel like it has what I need. Maybe I am missing it. Being able to sell photos online is important to photographers and it would be nice to add a way, or create a photography shopping cart, where customers can buy multiple sizes and quantities. If I am missing it here, please help. Thanks.

You're not missing it at all. I own a graphic design company and need the same features you are asking about to sell various print materials. They are coming out with a Pro Version to handle these functions. They say you'll be able to have multiple drop menus with whatever you needed in them and that whenever a customer selects a particular drop down menu feature it will automatically update the price if necessary. They assured me it would be out by the end of the summer. They are also coming out with a Shopping Cart Designer to custom design your shopping cart to fit perfectly with whatever site you may be adding the cart too.
