I have tried this before and get same result. The program freezes.
I get an error message before it freezes that says this:
Could not find the wmadudsdk.dll file.
The program then acts like it is going to try to convert it but does nothing.
**Has anyone converted a .wma file using this program.
(I have installed the program again to see if that made a difference and it didn't) My sites: www.cedarstreetchurch.org, www.lojope.com and www.dteu.info

Yes, I have been able to convert with no problem. The file that you have listed as missing is a registry file. This means it is more than likely related to your machine rather than the program. Try using a registry cleaner and see if that file gets restored for you. Then try the program again.

I have used registry cleaners regularly.
The file was already there. I deleted it and installed new one and still had the problem.
Tried running the command prompt command it listed and it wouldn't work.
I am using another free program to convert it.

I would put a support ticket in then and see what the programmers have to say.
