I'm trying to convert some .wav files to .mp3. Here's what I do:

I open Rip & Burn>Audio Converter--At this point CoffeeCup Audio Converter box pops up. Then I...

Select input format and drill down to the directory with the .wavs,
Drag or arrow file to the right side of the screen, (the status column says wavOK next to the file) Then I...
Select file to convert
Click Convert--At this point the Conversion Center pops up. (but won't display the Current File or Output file, nor will it let me fill those in but it will let me set them in the Advanced settings, but when I "OK" out it does not fill in to the Conversion Center boxes.)Then i...
Click Convert Now button. I either get a runtime error or the progress bars fill up quickly and nothing was created.

Anyone have a similar problem? Is there a patch or something I don't know about?

Thanks,
Tom

Hey Tom, do you happen to have some other MP3 files that may be from a different set or source? What I'm getting at is if the conversion may be choking on a certain bitrate or other issue related to those particular .wav files. http://www.flashstrap.com

Thank you very much for your time and attention, Adam.
