CoffeeCup do listen to their customers, and they have a scheduled updating plan for all the apps. Right now they have just launched new versions of the HTML Editor and VSD, and apps. like Direct FTP, Website Font, Form Builder and Jukebox are being worked on right now. I don't know when the turn comes to Flash Menu builder, but believe me, they have not forgotten it!
If there are any specific features you would like to see, just mention them, and they will be forwarded to the developers.

Hi,
I'd looked through the suggestion thread, and I noticed that people have been asking for updates to Flash Menu Builder since 2006... how would it help if I added to that thread?
With that said, The point i'm making in this thread is that Coffee Cups Customers want updates!

The flash menu maker was first launched in 2006, and since then there have been minor fixes and updates. CC has something bigger on their hands right now, and they can't promise any updates of FMB until the autumn, at the earilest. With 26 different applications they'll always have their hands full.
If you post your requests for the next update in the appropriate thread, that's where the developers go looking for what the users want, so it will not be wasted. Ha en riktig god dag!

Yeah,
A year later there has been no real improvements, has CoffeeCup even looked at fixing the multiple issue's raised about this peice of software by their customers.
I'm Still hoping for a update that sorts the sub menu issues out...
I'd like to see redundant open sub menus fold away when another root menu item is selected.

My guess is they are slowly discontinuing this menu as they are making a new css menu maker, of course I am guessing!!!!!
"It's A Smart Person That Asks"
yeah,
I think your right about the slow part.
But the product is still for sale.
3 years worth of customers would like the problems fixed?
The honest thing to do would be to provide information of flash menu maker's limits on the product information page.

Yes, ditch the flash menu builder for css - Now we're talking. Much better for everyone.
CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!
Gary does have a valid point here though about software included in the package. I know for me I just purchased that package and although I most definitely have some nice things to use with it, there are still quite a few items that have not been updated in a very long time (which I don't think will be updated). Most of them are pretty much obsolete and unusable in todays website setups as they are now. This being said, there are at least 6 or so pieces of software that are useless to me and many others and we did purchase 29 pieces of software that should be able to be used. At least that's the way I see it since I just bought it.
I can see where at least 6 pieces of the package will be removed and never updated probably pretty soon, or replaced with better softwares that we then have to purchase instead of getting the items replaced within our packages.
So, yeah, I think his point is valid, we paid for 29 pieces of software (especially anyone that has recently done so) and should be able to use them all. I've already pulled 4 or 5 pieces of the software I downloaded back off my computer as they are pretty much not usable to me because they have been let slide for so long that I can find free versions of more updated things to use instead which is kind of frustrating.
Having said all that, I still got more than my moneys worth with the package in the end, and I'm in no way unhappy with my decision to do so, I did already know many things may not work right due to how old they were and still chose to do so, so I guess in the end that's on me not them,
Would still be nice to at least have the current items fixed to working correctly even if they will be discontinued

Would it be asking too much to name those pieces? I am contemplating purchasing CC software and have spent the past several hours reading through the forums in an attempt to help me decide whether or not, and what/what not to get. I'm barely making it on social security, so I can't afford to purchase something that will be useless to me. I have been playing around with the trial version of VSD and have mixed feelings about it. I have been using Dreamweaver 3; and should mention that I am far from being a professional. I do the web site for my church and our local DeColores Ministry, as well as developing my own technical training site. I don't need a lot of fancy stuff. I could save a few bucks buying a package, but if some of those pieces are antiquated...am I really saving?
Thanks!
