1.) Can you change the Root (High Tech (2)) with High Tech (4) while the subs are showing and put back when root is pressed again?
2.) Same sort of, when the sub is pressed the page is loaded and the menu is reloaded so its state of gallarys and its subs are not still in place - can I have it remain on the subs?

You can't do that with the flash menu builder because just like you stated the menu gets reloaded with the new page. You would have to have a new menu for all you subs.
I can't hear what I'm looking at when it's so easy to overlook something I'm not looking for.
