I've just received the last of umpteenth complaints about the menu on our website (www.nordenfolk.org). The poke and hope behavior is very frustrating to our visitors. Often after trying to get a (correct) drop down to stay put long enough to click it, it will often bring up a completely different choice.

I've complained before.

Is there any plan to fix this product? If not, we're dumping it for one of the many which do actually function. Definitely not good publicity for your organization and this product has made us very cautious about purchasing anything else.

Got a link to the site? That's the best way to get assistance which I'm sure someone will know what is wrong and what you need to fix for it. Hard to help without seeing what is wrong though :) Jo Ann

I can't hear what I'm looking at when it's so easy to overlook something I'm not looking for.

It has been over a week since my earlier post in this public section, drawing attention to our numerous customers complaints about the haphazard behavior of the menu on our website constructed with Flash Menu Builder.

No one has yet replied in this forum and my earlier complaints in our personal support area of CC have also gone unanswered. Do either of you Senior Advisors...Eric and Jo Ann, who appeared to be looking at the problem in this forum, have a solution, before we abandon this product for someone else's product?

Thanks

Muddy - Please realize that these forums are more of a user to user support group (and that Ambassadors and Senior Advisers aren't employed by CC). Although one can OFTEN obtain great technical help here, there are times when posts slip by, or when the problem may be over everyones head.

That being said, I would STRONGLY suggest that you visit "Your Support Room" and click on the green "Open New Topic" button. Explain your problem there, and a CC staff member will see your question directly.

Of course, we (as users) always encourage other users to post back on here with the solution after they've helped you, as this could help others someday. Living the dream, stocking the cream :D
