Does anyone know how to upload the files that need to be on the server for the menu to work, I did there upload but nothing went.
I have front page extensions on my server do those need to be turned off?
Or is there another way.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have a couple support tickets in but so far no answer.

A link would help us know what is happening.
How did you do the upload? Did you upload from the Flash Menu Builder, or did you use FTP?
Did you insert the code in your page? Is the code changed from what the Flash Menu Builder produced? Bill R.

I have redesigned my flash menu. I deleted the old menu on VSD page and uploaded the redesign. When I preview, the old design is still there. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Gloria,
What I would do is go to settings>remove files, and remove all the menu files there, then I would remove the html box you have on the page. Then re-add the menu using the flash option to install and save and upload. Apparently it's not copying over the pre-existing files. "It's A Smart Person That Asks"
