I've got all the links on the menu working except the HOME link.
If I try the full site name with /index.html or with it blank I either get an error
the page can't be found or it just goes to the CoffeeCup main page.
I've even renamed the the home page (page ID) "index". I've also tried naming
it "rmf_main" and using /rmf_main.html" on the menu. No luck.
What should I name it and how should the menu tab be labeled to go home?

Update, seems I can't get my updates out now and I'm not sure why. My changes to the menu are not going out. I publish them, it says they copy out but the changes don't appear.
I'll keep working on it.

Hiya Michael,
Have you tried clearing your browser cache to make sure it is not just the browser not seeing it correctly? Give ccleaner a try if you want to have a good program for cleaning your computer and browser cache(s) or you can do so via the browsers themselves too. You can get Ccleaner at http://piriform.com/ccleaner .

I just did a cache clean. I'm having trouble getting the updated menu to publish to the server.
I should only have to do the PUBLISH from the menu program after making changes.
Do I also have to do anything from the VSD program?

I did get the contact button to go back home, but the home page will not.
I've set the same as contact, but I don't think the updates are publishing.
I'm going to give it another shot this morning.

The home button works for me. The contact button also takes me back to the home page and the Machining button doesn't seem to have a url added to it.
I can't hear what I'm looking at when it's so easy to overlook something I'm not looking for.

The home button just started working! It has been going to the the CoffeeCup main site.
I did several more attempts at re-publishing the menu updates.
I have not added the Machining link (or page) yet.
