Something I miss on this website is an insight to whats changed in the patch upgrades. This forum has an announcement page, but no recent posts!

whine over - lockbox I see is now 3.1 - whats new from 3.0 - shall I upgrade? do I need to ? new features or is it worthy bug fixes I need to be concerned about?
