Shocked to find all my pass word info gone. Yes I've backed up some of it to my iphone. But some of the recent stuff is gone and is going to be a total pain to get back. I'm a long time user of coffee cup software but am now very disapointed by this. Yes back up is important, but didn't think keeping text stored would be that hard for software that just sets there

Hiya Richard,
Have you put in a support ticket? The forums here are for user to user help and I don't think that's going to work here. I'm sorry you're having a problem, but bashing the software before asking for help with a support ticket is a bit rash don't you think?
Go up to the top menu in the Support area to open a support ticket and maybe the CC team can help you figure out what happened. Jo Ann

You can express your opinion but if your going to put down the software first before dismissing your own short comings or another programs then why should anybody help you. We all make mistakes and hopefully learn from them. As JoAnn has already stated the forums are for user to user help and unless some other user on here has had your experience you may not get a response. I think for a software technical issue a support ticket would be the best option. You could always make a suggestion in the programs suggestion forum to ask for the software to backup the data to a location of the users choice. That would be a great option.!

Eric, I'm just expressing some frustration because I think there is little hope that a support ticket is going to get my data back.

Richard, in the 5 days since you have posted this question in the forums, you still never opened a support ticket. Why not try. It doesn't cost you anything and it prevents forum discussions like this one......

I always use a standby thought or saying when it comes to dealing with things Richard.
If you need help with something, or need to see if someone will do something or whatever, ask.
