I like to see the tech experts do away with the log in everytime you wish to use Lock Box. I think it's stupit thing to log in each time you want to use Lock box!

The whole purpose of LockBox is to secure your data with a password. The only time you have to enter it is when you open it. If you leave it opened and minimized you wont have to enter it again. ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~

A question for everyone/anyone...esp Scott. If I leave my Lockbok open while I'm connected to the internet, in theory someone could read that file, no? Yes, I have a Firewall, etc. but the risk of hacking into lockbox is huge as it contains all my PWDs.

Thanks, Charles

The LockBox file is protected with a 428bit encryption and can only be opened by the software. If someone simply stole the .PWK file, it would pretty much impossible to open it. ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~

Does it minimize to the system tray? If so that would be the way to do it L. Price & charles. If not then maybe a suggestion for that would be in order :P I love everything minimizing to my system tray so I know what I'm actually "working" with/on at the moment rather than all the things I keep open all the time lol. Just a thought and that would be a great way to stop from having to constantly log in guys :) Jo Ann

No, it is part of the software. When you click that button, a dialog will appear, it does its magic and then you can click OK to close the dialog. I don't want to get into too many specifics on that as this topic is really just about the wording of Stocks vs. Inventory ;)

Me thinks Scott needs a break :P You're in a thread about Coffeecup LockBox Scott so the questions are valid :P Jo Ann
