I'm not sure if I'm missing a step, but for some reason I'm not getting the embedable html code that I am looking for. I usto to be able to embed a whole chatbox on my page now all I'm able to do is embed a link that opens a new browser with the chatbox. Did you guys remove that feature? and why?
This is the code I'm getting "<a href="http://cold-north-enterprise.com/index.html/chat.html"><img alt="LiveChat" src="chat_button.jpg"></a> and its not the code I'm looking for.

Look at the page that says livechat.html generated by the program. It will have the code you need to put in your page.

Look where you saved all the live chat files during the setup process. If you kept the default names you should see a file named chat.html. Open that in a html editor or open it with a web browser and view page source to get the code you need to add to your page.

I see it now, but I'm not good with html codes so for me to know what to copy and paste beats me. All I know is that the program us to be able to do it for you, now all I get is a link code.

If your using VSD all you have to do is use the "Add Flash" tool.
