Users report that everytime someone types in a message it jumps back to the beginning of the chat and they have top scroll back down to the end.
Why does it do this? How to correct it?

I have never heard of chat doing this, and i use it on my website as well. Have you tried re-downloading the software?

I uninstalled the old software and installed the newest version and ran a test.
It still has a problem.
If the conversation goes on long enough to where the scroll bar appears on the right then any entries after that causes it to go backwards instead of keeping the latest entry at the bottom and in view. My sites: www.cedarstreetchurch.org, www.lojope.com and www.dteu.info
