User Interface disappears WIN7

Hi, I love this simple software

But every xx minutes the user interface is gone. I can not start it again. TaskManager shows CCFlashLiveChat.exe - so I kill this process and after that I can start the software again.
Anyone knows where my problem is? The firewall is open for Live Chat.

I've had no problems with the beta as of yet to this problem, on my different servers.. hehehehe! "It's A Smart Person That Asks"

Just downloaded the trial version (have several other CC software pgms and love 'em), but am having the same issue - after a few minutes the chat window closes on it's own, and only by using task manager to delete the CCFlashLiveChat.exe can I get it to restart. Also, notice that when I try to minimize the chat window the same thing happens - window closes and can't be reopened.

Update - sorry, just noticed that when I minimize the app it moves to the system tray area - didn't even think to look there. Maybe I don't have a problem after all.
