I have created a LiveCHat for my website. I wanted to enter a link to the unavailable message to redirect visitors to my service request form when the chat is not running.

When I entered the HTML code to place the link, it comes up as just plain text on the page. Is there a way around this to where I could get a link to show up, or am I stuck with just placing the URL to my redirect in plain text?

Thanks. Tracy Besek

The configuration looks fine, what I cannot see is if the software is actually running on your Windows computer. I am not getting a response back from the client to the server. ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~

Without the software installed and running, your LiveChat will not function. However, since your chat is on your Website, you would have had to installed the software at one point. ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~

Access to your server would not help because that side everything is fine. The fault now lies on your local computer. The server side scripts do not see the application loaded on your computer. Double check all your computer settings to make sure LiveChat can connect to the Internet. ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~
