Can a "online" "offline" feature be added? Instead of having just the basic button to the chat page can it indicate that we're on or off line? Scott

Yes please
1: can we have a sound control so we can hear what annoying bleeps we are loading first.
2: I agree with Scott.
3: Maybe have some animated avitars to load.
Apart from that its a pretty COOL package. Thanks guys.

How about a "Live Voice Chat"? And if so, how about allowing it to support multi users, so the rep can have a one-on-one or group conversations. Who needs sleep?

i think we need to save the operator program (user) separately from the SW it self.

1. Have it show a list of who is online
2. Show when people log off
3. Clear chat messages after everyone logs off.

Have a manual delete option of the public chat log from the program itself. (Similar to Facebook chat)

last year I tried live chat trial and had problems,so I didn't buy. I revisited the idea of buying the software but it doesn't seem to be updated. I would love to have a version that worked for me. Please fix:

When customer logs off, his name does not keep re-appearing, and the bell stops dinging. This is the biggest deal-breaker for me. Fix this and I'll buy it!

Other enhancements:

Have a date/time stamp when a customer logs on chat and logs off chat. (Sorry if there is one, I can't remember

Have a "log off" message for the customer to see, like, "It was a pleasure chatting with you blah blah".

Have a chat icon that tells the customer whether the chat is available which can be put on the web site pages.

Have all live customer chats feed into one area, but allow more than one computer in our office to be able to "answer" the chat. Think like a multi-line phone rings in everyone's office, anyone can answer it, but once someone answers it, the chat is between the person who answered it and the customer.
