Just purchased the LiveChat software. The software is not working as promised and I am not gettng any real help. I am hoping that there is a kind soul here who can advise.
I have uploaded the swf file to my site at www.maui.us/chat per instructions. The link is at the bottom right hand corner of the home page, www.maui.us.
I have been on the boards with Scott, but little information has been exchanged. I have been told that "the files" are "not there". What files and where files?
Anyone?
