Does the live chat allow me to have multiple customer service reps covering the chat?
Does it support multiple web sites?
Just to clarify, I want to have 5 people covering the chat. Somebody requests a chat from any one of our sites and all of the customer service reps can see the request and which site it came from. Also, once any one of the reps has accepted the chat, would it stop showing for the other 4?
Can they transfer the "chatee" to another customer service rep?
One support staff member can chat with several clients, not the other way around.
