First problem is that when i create the ftp setup i enter everything corectly but it does not connect to my server, i have to upload manualy.

After i upload it opens the page but with the empty flash block that say LiveChat unavailable.

Steven,

I am not sure, but it seems your "support.php"file is empty..

Did you double check?

Stephen when opening your home page at: http://www.electropay.co.za/index.php
I get:

Redirect Loop

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

The browser has stopped trying to retrieve the requested item. The site is redirecting the request in a way that will never complete.

Is everything configured right on your server?

It now says:
ElectroPay staff only online between 8:00 and 17:00
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Bruzer:
What I can see he has:
# parent directory
# chat_button.jpg
# support.html
# support.php
# support.swf
# support.xml

So Yes I guess. ;)

I'm wondering whether he has it fixed, or he's not signing in (admin) correctly.
for testing I'm sure he knows (seems like he does) that he needs to open CC live chat and log in. :)

hi
I uploaded it to another domain and now it works!
But why is it not working on the first domain?
There are not special scripts, only php and xml.
What could it be, so i can ask the hosting company to change it or upgrade me. :D

Steven,

Some providers have PHP as an extra option which need to be 'enabled' to use.
So yes, ask your provider or look at the included services that you get in your hosting package....:/
